Refund & Cancellation Policy Summary

Booking Deposit and Final Payment:

• Deposit: A percentage of the total cost is required as a non-refundable deposit, adjustable for future bookings in exceptional cases.
• Final Payment: Remaining balance due before the service start date or upon arrival in Nepal.

Cancellation by the Client:

• More than 30 days prior: Full refund minus booking deposit.
• 15-30 days prior: 50% of total trip cost charged as a cancellation fee.
• Less than 15 days or during trip: No refunds provided.

Cancellation by AB Everest International Travel & Tours Pvt. Ltd.:

• Non-force majeure cancellations: Full refund including the booking deposit.
• Force majeure events: Alternative dates or activities offered; if declined, all payments except the booking deposit refunded.

Special Conditions:

• Certain trips (e.g., Luxury Helicopter Tours) may have specific cancellation policies communicated during booking.
• For unpredictable mountain weather affecting flights, clients will be offered the next available flight; costs incurred are the client’s responsibility.

Refund Process:

• Refunds processed within 20 working days after cancellation request approval.
• Refunds via the original payment method; any bank charges may be covered by the client.
